Wat echt werkt: De automatische gastberichten zijn de grootste tijdsbesparing. Eén keer instellen — welkomstbericht, incheckinfo, uitcheckherinnering, reviewverzoek — en het loopt gewoon. In zes maanden heb ik zelf misschien tien berichten handmatig verstuurd. De rest ging automatisch.
De kalendersync is betrouwbaar. Niet perfect — soms heb je een vertraging van 10-15 minuten bij drukke periodes — maar in zes maanden nul dubbele boekingen. Dat is het enige getal dat telt.
